All questions

Which trades do you cover?

Landscaping and irrigation, hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens), concrete (driveways, patios, foundations, flatwork), landscape and outdoor lighting, fencing, roofing, windows, doors and siding, remodeling (kitchen, bath, whole-home), decks and patio covers, and pools. If your trade is not on the list, ask; we may be able to build a campaign for it.

Why does the price depend on my trade?

A homeowner planning a pool or a kitchen remodel is a bigger job, and harder to find, than one who wants a new fence or a sprinkler system. Prices start at the amounts in the pricing table and can be higher for larger projects or stricter criteria. We agree on your price before any leads are sent.

What is the difference between shared and exclusive leads?

A shared lead goes to no more than 3 contractors, which keeps the price low; it is where we recommend most contractors start. An exclusive lead goes to you and no one else, so you get first and only crack at the homeowner, at a higher price. Both are checked the same way, and you can switch tiers after the pilot.

Where do the leads come from?

Our own local ads on Facebook and Instagram that send homeowners to a short project form. Homeowners agree to be contacted by up to 3 local pros. We do not buy or resell lists.

What does "qualified" mean?

The person owns the home, lives in your zips, wants the type of job you do, and has a timeline. We check each one by text or call before it goes to you.

Do you guarantee jobs?

No one honestly can. We guarantee the lead is real and fits your criteria, or we replace it. Closing is up to your follow-up, and speed matters most.

How many leads can I get?

It depends on your area and season. We agree on a monthly cap so you never get more than you can handle, and you can pause any time.

I'm a franchisee. Can I still use this?

Usually, yes. Many franchise systems have rules on ads and brand use. We run ads under our own name, never your brand, and we are happy to send your franchise team a summary first.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. The pilot is 10 leads. After that it is month to month, pay per lead at your trade's price on the tier you choose.

Who is behind this?

A small, local business based in the Texas Hill Country. We are new, and we are saying so plainly. That is why the pilot is priced the way it is.
